News . . .

The Annual NBCT Stipend Payments have been vouchered by ISBE and are now with the Comptroller. The amount vouchered was $1760.42. The payment is subject to state and federal taxes and is Teacher Retirement System (TRS) reportable.
Here is the FRIS website link anyone can use to see whether districts have been paid by the comptroller.

enter your appropriate RCDT code for the 2010 project year then select "Display Projects"
then select "3651" National Board Certification Initiatives then select "click for detail" under Payment Schedule

Under "Processed by Comptroller," you will see either a blank or a date.  A blank means the district has not been issued the funds.
